K1 Technique
Level 3 > Punt
- Using a 'Fix' type approach, the bow is driven above the inside pole
- Forward sweep becoming dynamic 'punt' off the bank (boat as flat as possible)
- High bow to generate speed and angle
- Bow rudder/forward power stroke to exit (beware of over-rotation on exit)
