K1 Technique
Level 3 > 1 Stroke Upstream
- Forward power with slight onside edge to cross the eddyline
- Early bow rudder with onside edge becoming offside edge to pivot round inside pole
- Same blade slices across the gateline/under the pole with a flat boat
- Becoming a bow rudder/forward power stroke to exit
