K1 Technique
Level 3 > Deep in eddy - reverse stroke
- Forward power with slight onside edge to cross the eddyline
- Forward drive/sweep stroke putting bow above the entry pole
- Reverse pivot with offside edge
- Slicing across the gateline to become exit bow rudder/power stroke
