K1 Technique
Level 3 > Down in eddy - Trailing reverse
- Forward power to drive across eddyline
- Becoming a trailing reverse stroke with offside edge
- Becoming a reverse pivot/bow rudder to turn bows across river (above the flow) with arm and blade going under the pole
- Becomming a forward power stroke to return into the flow
- Bow rudder to pull bow downstream through the next target gate
