Level 1 > Bow rudder zig zag drill
- Onside forward power/stern sweep to initiate turn
- Cross-bow forward power to lift bow, becoming...
- Cross-bow rudder infront of hips with open blade and offside edge
- Cross-bow rudder sliced forward pulling bow in new direction (edge flattening through the stroke)
- Cross-bow forward power/sweep to drive the boat out of the turn and lift the bow
- Forward power to lift the bow
- Bow rudder infront of hips, open blade with slight offside edge to initiate turn
- Bow rudder sliced forwar, pulling bow in new direction (edge flattening through the stroke)
- Forward power/stern sweep to drive out of the turn and initiate the next stroke
